How do i reserve rental linens for my event/wedding?

when should i order my rental linens?

Please reach out to us at least 2 months in advance to reserve your rental linens. If you have a rush rental request, we can help with that too. Fill out the form here to get started.

how far can you ship linen rentals?

We are based in NY, but we ship throughout the continental United States. Every piece is lovingly packaged to avoid unintended wrinkles and arrives at your venue ready to be used.

How do I return my linen rentals?

Just use the included return shipping label that's included in your original rental box. Drop off the box at USPS or schedule a pickup with them. The return shipping fee is always complimentary! If you've lost the label, just reach out to us and we'll email you a copy you can print out. 

How much is laundering for linen rentals?

We've built the cost of laundering into the price of the linen. You just cover the shipping one way to the event and there are no additional costs.

why linen fabric?

Linen is our favorite fabric because it doesn't take as many pesticides to grow as cotton, is quick drying, gets softer with every wash and looks luxurious. What's not to love? We even adore the subtle wrinkles. 

what makes bayith linens different from other rental companies?

All the love to other rental companies (in fact, we partner with some of them), but we are different because we are a boutique rental company. Since we’re small, we take on a limited number of clients each season and can provide the best care and attention to each event. We are woman-owned, focused on first-class service for all our rental clients, and make everything in NYC. We also make sustainability a priority from production to packaging and donate to water conservation causes.

how do I order bayith bespoke linens?

how do I wash BAYITH linens (non-rental)?

We suggest the following method: Machine wash warm with similar colors, dry on low heat or line dry. Gentle detergent, please. Absolutely no bleach. Iron everything on the high setting with steam. Just cover any embroidery or white linen with a pressing cloth (or old t-shirt) while ironing.  For rentals, your linens arrive fresh and ready to use and the cost of laundering is covered by your rental fee.

how long will it take for my bespoke order to ship?

Due to our small batch production methods in NYC, our bespoke pieces take at least 1 month to craft. Make sure to reach out to start a bespoke project as early as you can. If you need a rush order, just reach out to catherine@thebayith.com and we'll make it happen for you.

what kind of customization do you offer?

We're comfortable with everything from custom embroidery on napkins to a special size of tablecloth. We only work with natural fabrics like cotton, silk, and linen to be more Earth-friendly. Check out our Custom/Bespoke page for more information.
